ok - i decided to stick with this cupcake bird chef layout for now. a little too girly for me but until i come across a cheeseburger one, this will have to do.
this thursday's rice ball day got pushed aside for something new, golden krust! oh golden krust, ja 'maican me crazy for some pattys!
i had the mac 'n cheese and a chicken patty. i like the chicken patty because it has a twang of curry taste to it and a little kick. whatever you do though, don't take a look at the inside as i was told by the fairly new moms, carrie & coleen, that the filling looks like "baby poop". mac n' cheese also had a kick to it, mMmmm so good. you know me and how much i love cheese!
coleen went the authentic route and got the oxtail. had to do a bigger picture to show the complete package. next time i am definitely going to order that! and no, oxtail is not really an ox's tail (it's just beef).
they also have "ting", which all my spring break girls negril 2001 - know VERY well.

mmm oxtail. yumm-o. oh and and oxtail is the tail of the ox. that's why there are big and small pieces and the bone is in the middle. =o)
i love oxtail! that is my favorite jamaican dish.
