mongolian bbq = chapped lips?

today's lunch was mongolian bbq from foodworld. for those that don't know mongolian bbq - its like create your own stir fry and also your own sauce. usually i love it, but today i went a little overboard with my sauce - i definitely need to lay off the oyster sauce. it was waaaay to salty for me - it made my lips chap.

here's a picture of my leftovers (there's no before picture because i was still creating this whole blog)...





stir fry ingredients: tofu, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini & baby bok choy - all my faves

sauce: black bean sauce, teriyaki, garlic, house special sauce & oyster sauce. all SO salty, no wonder i have chapped lips!!

p.s. - big thanks to bill nye the science guy for making the picture happen since my current phone is from the 80's and can't email pictures!
