Big bowl of instant noodles

I guess by now you are all picturing that my desk drawer is filled with packs of asian instant noodles. And you know what? You are absolutely correct!

Today's soup I picked up while in palisades park at this korean grocery. I had to snap a photo of the wrapper because I want to remember to get this one again. It was udon flavor and let me tell u it was pretty spot on.

The only difference was that there weren't fresh udon noodles and rather thick instant ramen ones instead. The flavor was great though and it came with seaweed, tofu and those funny swirly pieces that I think are supposed to be crab or fish? Haha no clue. I am going to stock up..can't beat that for $1.
