Pho 32 & shabu shabu

I have a handful of more pictures but I can't send multiple attachments from my blackberry otherwise the whole thing freezes up. I'll do an edit once I download them.

Yesterday had my first shabu shabu experience for boogs & ronnie's bdays. Yes I know, I can't believe it myself that I haven't had shabu shabu yet! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about - shabu shabu is kind of like fondue where you cook ur meal/soup in a hot pot.

My thoughts? Like fondue, I am lazy and usually starving when I go to eat - so therefore would probably prefer my meal to come out fully cooked. That and I can never get the sauce right. Though, I would give it a whirl again and next time I'm bringing a ramen seasoning packet for my broth. :o)
