nyc restaurant week - japonais

we decided to give japonais a whirl and meet up with an old friend. here's the rundown - in all? tasty!

ambience - we had a nice table on the outside of the perimeter by the outdoor patio

chestnut crusted chicken - very tender!






















at the end of the night jodie hosted us for a bottle of bubbly. after bill popped the cork we spent 10 minutes trying to find it when low and behold it was waiting for me on the edge of my seat.
