celebrating our 8 year anniversary by eating AC

it was our 8 year anniversary on november 18th (and it was also reggie's 28th bday). we took a day off and went down to AC for the night to use a free comp room.

dinner was at buddakan. all i can say is i am still dreaming about it! i mean, the ambience was great, drinks were yummy - food was way overpriced but you pay for the experience i guess. not to say it wasn't DELISH! we had the edamame ravioli, hoisin roasted pork sliders, wasabi crusted filet mignon and the glazed alaskan black cod.

i have more pictures but have to get them off my camera - for now here is the one that is making me dream about buddakan - the pork sliders!! they are to die for. it is pork belly but braised to the point that they are melting in your mouth and you don't even have to chew. OMG

as if we didn't have enough asian food - for brunch we went to noodle village at bally's. a staple to our trips down to ac, i couldnt live without the beef chow fun and reggie got the pork with rice, egg and chinese broccoli. YUM!
