my very 1st meatloaf

My new years resolution is to fight my fear of cooking and do one new reicpe a week. I'm going to cronicle my cooking adventures on here....so here goes!

I've been wanting to try making a meatloaf so balls to the wall and I tried the easiest recipe - tweaking it a little the best I could.

Results? Yummy flavor but next time I need more gravy. The loaf wasn't dry I just would have liked more sauce on it.
