I am back after yet another long hiatus. This time as a married woman. The wedding threw me off track - blogging got pushed aside as I worked on wedding programs instead.
But now I'm back in the kitchen. Tonights menu was my very first try at filipino style porkchops (soy sauce, lemon, potatoes & onions). Reggies family said it was right on. Yay! Only one leftover for tomorrow.
