sabs at work influenced me to try to make a spaghetti squash...so here is the story:
step 1: roast your squash for an hour (make sure to pierce it so it doesnt explode)
step 2: cut it in half and see if its cooked enough. in my case it wasn't so i threw it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
step 3: scrape out the seeds and eat!
we ate ours with chicken.
